This is a very high performance HF receiver designed for demanding applications and was used by many government agencies like the NSA. This model was used by the RAF under computer control for special applications.
The receiver works well and shows great sensitivity and performance (it is rated at -124 dBm for 10dB S/N CW). The membrane keyboards are not the easiest to use and can take a hard press to resgister.
